How we handle your information

This policy explains what information Rejio ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Rejio is a workflow and AI consulting business based in New York, NY.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, a draft is prepared in your browser. You can open it in your email app or Gmail, or copy it into another email service. Preparing or copying a draft does not send it to us, reserve a call, or add an event to a calendar. We receive whatever you choose to email, typically your name, email address, company, website, team size and a description of what you need.
• Bookings. The booking page embeds Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google processes the details you enter to reserve your call, create the calendar event and send confirmation. Google Meet provides the video meeting link.
• Basic technical data. Like every website, the servers that deliver this site and its fonts automatically receive standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested.

This site does not use advertising trackers, does not sell data, and does not set its own cookies. Google Calendar and other Google services may use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s own policies when you load or use the embedded booking page.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls you request
• To prepare for and deliver work you've asked us about
• To keep the website running, secure and working properly

We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted services to run the business. They only process your information to provide their service to us:

• Email: Google (Gmail) stores the messages you send us.
• Appointment scheduling and video calls: Google Calendar and Google Meet handle bookings, calendar invitations and meeting links. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Fonts: Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Website hosting: Netlify delivers this website and processes the technical request data needed to serve and protect the site. See Netlify’s Privacy Policy.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our conversations, usually no more than two years if no work goes ahead. Client project records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email rejiostudio@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Client data

When we work on your systems, we only access what the project needs, keep your data inside your own accounts wherever possible, and document what each system we build can see and do. Specific confidentiality terms are set out in each client agreement.

Security

We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards such as strong passwords, two-factor authentication and limited access. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
