How much of my team's time will this take?
Usually a few short conversations with the people closest to the work, plus read-only access to the tools involved. We work hard not to slow your business down.
What if you don't find anything worth fixing?
Then we'll tell you that plainly. In practice almost every business has repetitive work that can be reduced, but we'll never recommend a build that isn't worth paying for.
Do I have to hire you for the build afterwards?
No. The plan is yours to keep. Use it with us, with your own team, or with someone else.
Can we skip the assessment and go straight to a build?
Yes, if you already know which workflow you want fixed. We'll do a lighter version of discovery as part of the build.
